As part of our management contract with All About Barrhead Business Improvement District, Big Hand Events apply for a number of public funds and grants - one of which is the Big Lottery Fund Awards For All scheme. Through this fund, we were able to host the Big Barrhead Hallowe'en Parade with some phenomenal success. This success caught the eye of the Big Lottery who have since invited us to go forward to the 'People's Projects', which awards successful events further funding to help host even more successful events. The above video was part of our initial application to the People's Projects.
We are currently at the 'second round' stage, just one step before the public vote - which will see us featured on STV, promoting our plans for the coming years with our community events, Stay tuned for more information.
